Great product. Been buying Red Mill for years.

I used this as an alternative to cornstarch whenever I found it nearly impossible to buy a non-GMO cornstarch. Nearly all soy and corn products in the U.S. use GMO sources. I stored this in my freezer and it lasted a long time and was the perfect substitute, especially when making gravies and thickening sauces. My only recommendation would be improved packaging. I prefer to not purchase plastics as much as possible. I was pleased with the product and would repurchase it.

I've been using arrowroot as a replacement for cornstarch for health reasons. It's hard to get used to because arrowroot can't go into anything boiling or it won't work, but other than that, I haven't had any problems.

Bob's Red Mill not only has great products, they are sometimes the only place one can find some of the items. Always a "go to" company in our household!

There was a strong smell in the product. I left the package open and still the awful smell remains.
