Useful Size
Glad to find loop bands in other than 42 inch size. Using on Bowflex as additional resistance.

Not too strong
Resistance is not as expected to be as strong for a shorter band. Sized up or down depending on your need. Got the x3 bands and they are very strong in resistance

Works great for me with X3 Bar!
I bought the purple, red, and blue 32” serious steel bands to use with my X3 Bar since I’m a shorty - 5’4”. Game changer! I don’t have to wrap the band at all for my chest and triceps exercises. I totally recommend these to get the right tension, especially if you are shorter in stature. :-).

Good solid band
Serious Steel has such good quality bands. With the different lengths I have actually switched mostly to using bands rather than weights and have actually gained muscle using them, which surprised me after weightlifting for over 40 years. Pair this with a good short bar and you have a gym you can take anywhere. This one was a replacement band for one I had previously, but that band was used for 4 workouts a week for a year and a half before it started showing wear and tear.

Great Quality
Amazing quality. Well made and has great tension. Way better than the cheap bands you can find out there. I have used resistance bands for over a decade and these are some of the best I’ve tried.
