This is the 2nd time we order these gummies, they are effective and give a good night rest. Do not wake up feeling groggy or anything. They have a good taste and no aftertaste.

First I have to say this isn’t my first time using ashwagandha it helps me to sleep and seems to keep my cycle regular but this is my first time trying this brand I’d like to say it’s working well for what I need it for but it doesn’t really taste like strawberries it has a weird/ nasty taste that I’ve put up with simply because it’s been working

I take these every night and I think they work great. On my second order and appreciate how they taste so good. I could seriously eat a handful of them.

Tastes good, calming effect, it didn't do anything special though besides made me calmer and more relaxed.

They tend to work alright. Being a larger person, i generally have to take 3 - making it 30, vs 45 servings. Not their fault, probably should touch grass more. I did get two to work but i had to give it a wee bit o' help. So in combination with another sleep aid, works good.
