Ashwagandha Gummies

This is the 2nd time we order these gummies, they are effective and give a good night rest. Do not wake up feeling groggy or anything. They have a good taste and no aftertaste.

I just started using the product and I would definitely repurchase. I strength of the product is crazily effective for the price. It is easy to chew plus has an appealing taste.

I’ve been trying different stress support products lately, so I decided to try the Effective Nutra Ashwagandha Gummies in gummy form instead of pills. They’re definitely easier to take than tablets, but honestly, even though they’re supposed to taste good, I still notice a slightly bitter aftertaste. Because of that, I’m not sure I’d repurchase. One thing I really liked though—unlike a lot of gummies, these don’t stick together in the bottle or have that sugary coating, which was a big plus for me. If you’re specifically looking for a more “pure” ashwagandha gummy, this seems like a decent option. There are other blended supplements out there, but I’ve been trying different herbal/root products lately and still figuring out what works best for me.

These are great. I take one as soon as I wake up and between dinner and falling asleep. I’m not positive if it’s some sort of placebo effect on my mind but I definitely feel a bit more relaxed in the morning and maybe even better sleep. I don’t have trouble with sleep so I haven’t noticed much of a difference in that regard. But I do notice more relaxation and better mood in the evening so that helps. Ashwaganda is thought to help with testosterone in men which isn’t a bad bonus. I read a review saying they spit it out as soon as they took a bite and tasted how sweet it was, and all I can say is grow up. It’s not that bad. I watch my intake of sugar and although it doesn’t say how much sugar is in one, I can say it won’t hurt you. I’ve heard it’s not good to take ashwaganda for longer than 3-4 months at a time. Not sure why. But just in case it’s convenient that the bottle should supply a twice a day regimen for 45 days, so if you get two bottles you’ll be in that range and then you can take a break.

Good value for money. Taste is not the best, very dry for a gummy product. No side effects.

I take these every night and I think they work great. On my second order and appreciate how they taste so good. I could seriously eat a handful of them.

It works; sleep quality is better. I like taking the gummies.
