Good product, fits 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX Sedan
Overall I have no complaints so far. It came on time, neatly and safely packaged and even had a bit of clean oil on it already (I'd recommend applying some more before installation to assist in the process). I think it may be a bit cheaper material (hence the significantly lower price than most others that seemed to be around $80-$130 as of 6/2017) but I changed both of them out on my 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX sedan and they fit great. It's a bit tricky getting to the spot in the engine bay though, so if you haven't already do your research and be patient with it. You'll have to remove a couple parts and hoses to reach all the way in the there for removal and replacement. But so far I have had them in for about a month now as of 7/2017 and haven't had any problem.

Worked great for me!
Had a p0021 code for my 2006 Subaru Legacy GT replaced this part and check engine light went away first time I fired her back up! Awesome! Had to manipulate the bracket just a bit with a pair of pliers but was easy and worked great! Thanks!

Absolutely a no go for 2010 forester XT
Figured i would give these a shot while before waiting on OEM ocvs but unfortunately need to confirm the other reviews that these do not work on a 2010 forester XT despite the description and extra banner confirmation that these work in my vehicle. I was able to get them installed and they fit pretty smoothly but datalogs from using my old OEM ocvs would show intake VVT angle increasing proportionally to OCV duty cycle. There were some hiccups with the original OEM OCVs which is why I was replacing them but with these new ones installed and an ECU reset I did a test drive where I got zero change in intake VVT angle the entire drive despite changes in OCV duty cycle. Almost looked like they weren’t plugged in to the harness at all, but that wasn’t the problem. I’m going to have to just be patient and wait for the OEM parts to arrive.

Triggered check engine lights
They fit good enough, but triggered check engine lights for my cam timing. Save some time, buy oem

Buy OEM. You’re wasting money buying this!
Junk. I have an access port to see the solenoid movement on both left and right. My right side was starting to stick and be delayed so I purchased this for my 08 WRX. Like others said, I had to bend and modify the bracket a little to make it fit right. After install, I took the car out for a spin monitoring the solenoids on left and right. The new one does not get higher than 1deg!!! I bench texted it and put power to it and it was fine. I even installed it back for a second time and reset the ECU. Nope. Still nothing. I put my old one back in and it was back to the old issue. My conclusion to this one is it does not work. Waste of money and time. For those saying that it works for them, are you monitoring the AVCS movement? Are you just going by the trouble code your car has? Mine didnt throw a code but I can feel the inconsistent lack of power.

Bad part
Installed part and then put on scanner. It was throwing a code with jumps in voltage and duty cycles. Installed OEM part today and no issues. Good price, but not if it doesn't work.
