Utility Knife, Stainless Steel, 6-inch

These are great knives! Thin, balanced, and arrive ultra sharp. This particular knife is slightly larger than the paring knife. Great for deboning meat. I don’t usually give out 5 stars but this deserves it.

Miyabi Birchwood series is absolutely stunning. Quality is top of the line and definitely worth getting. Extremely sharp.

This is my go to prep knife, it is the sharpest thing in my arsenal and will remain as such. I don't like to review anything right away, this knife i've had for almost 2 months In that 2 months all of my other knives and the ones I sharpen for the restaurant seem to pale in comparison. Out of the box Miyabi are truly sharp, and they are easy to maintain an edge on (own this knife and the 8" version) using a whetstone. Bought the 8" gyuto almost 2 years ago and its still my go to service knife, with regular sharpening these are great knives!
