This is my third dispenser I have tried, the only one of three which balanced quality and price. I only tried it for almost a month works very well

Stopped working after 1.5 years. It overheats and water stops coming from any of the faucets. I have to turn it off for few hours daily and then on so that it works. Also few months after buying it, water from the middle faucet (room temp water) stopped working and I got cold water instead.

Such a great product. Works exactly as advertised; so that in itself is a plus. Had it shipped to Manila and it's head & shoulders above local competition.

bought this dispenser back in September 2023 and for the first few months it worked perfectly. But by February 2024, the cold water stopped working completely. I didn’t buy the extended warranty because honestly, I didn’t expect a known brand like Electrolux to fail this fast. We kept using it with only the “room temperature” water — except the room-temp button suddenly started giving ice-cold water instead. Strange, but we adapted and continued using it that way until around September 2024. After that, it became a monthly headache. Every few weeks the water cooler stops working entirely, and the only “fix” is to switch off the whole machine for 2–4 hours just to reset it. Not ideal for a family using it daily. Now, even the hot water stopped working, and the only thing functioning is the cold water, which somehow moved to the middle button. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I really expected better durability for the price. It worked beautifully at the start, but the long-term reliability has been extremely disappointing.

I have used for 3 months at least to evaluate the item with a right judgment. It really works nicely. Very convenient, it makes the water so cold quickly, very silent working during cooling the water. Definitely I recommend it.

It started making noises after 5 months. Quite disappointed with the warranty cover. When I contacted Electrolux, they asked me bring it to their service Centre. They expect me to hire a van to deliver it to them and bring it back after it’s fixed. Spend AED 300 on transport to get a AED 500 (approx) item fixed. Instead of taking the ownership, apologizing on its quality that it malfunctioned only after 5 months, they put customers in very inconvenient position to avoid warranty claims. Thankfully Amazon stepped in to help resolve it. I hope some one will escalate it to the right people at policy making level to fix this practice at Electrolux.

Overall it's a good product, looks good and makes cold water fairly quick. Did not find it too noisy as well. However...after1.5 years, normal water gets super cold and the cold water stops working. Called Amazon customer care and they agreed to a full refund. As we liked the product so much until than we bought the same again. But now after 1.5 years we have the exact same issue again...so if lifetime is not your concern than it is a great water dispenser.
