It's a nice light and the stand it comes with is pretty versatile too. It has a good range of brightness and colors. I've owned two of these; the first one had an issue where it stopped working after awhile (it could have been the adapter I was using, it could have been the electronics, I don't really know) but the customer service was top notch and they honored the warranty and I received a replacement very quickly. I am using a different adapter now (5V 2A, as stated in the manual) and the replacement one seems fine. No problems. I'd say give one a try, the customer service was excellent. You'll need to buy an adapter if you don't plan on using a usb port on your computer though, just fyi.

Mine arrived today and works perfectly. It goes with one of another brand that I bought a few months ago that is just like this one. I needed a fill light. This is bright. It's good enough to use for the primary light or as a fill light. I love that the mount lets you take top down photos. I'm also very appreciative that its the standard C screw so the light can be moved and will fit into my other stands - 2 desk mounts and two floor stands. I bought the 12 inch light, which is the 2nd option in the ad. The base is sturdy for my uses. It's thininner than my other 6' tall ring light stand so I was worried when I saw it but it is fine. This phone mount is my favorite of the 4 mounting systems I have purchased so far - it's easy to get my phone in and out. I didn't try the phone remote yet because I have 3 other ones I can use before/if I ever get to this one - I'm sure I'll have more by then. I do like that all of these ring light systems come with them. Would I buy again? I'd jump to get it if I needed another one - which I don't right now.

Very useful and good starter ring light. I love that there are a lot of color settings and very adjustable to height and width of phone. Fit my phone well even with a thick otterbox case. My one complaint is the goose neck does get wobbly, and so does the stand the higher you set it. It hasn't fallen, but it makes images less steady sometimes. I love the remote control. It is so easy to use and makes everything easier to do content.

I got this ring light to film my gender reveal and it worked really well. Bright, easy to adjust, and the stand feels stable. For the price, it was worth it

I'm extremely disappointed with this 12" selfie ring light. Despite the decent size, the light output is weak and uneven, making photos and videos look dull instead of professional. The brightness levels are misleading, and even on the highest setting it doesn't provide adequate lighting. The stand feels flimsy and unstable, and the phone holder barely stays in place, which is frustrating when trying to record or take pictures. On top of that, the controls are unresponsive at times, and the overall build quality feels cheap. I would not recommend this ring light to anyone looking for reliable or quality lighting. It's simply not worth the money.
