What is the maximum height?

Hello, thanks for your question, the maximum height is about 11 inches.

Do you sell the cushion alone?

This is a question for the seller. But I would say the cushion is not that great. As I said in my review, this is not very good for the cost.

How can I lock the stool into position?

It’s adjustable it doesn’t “lock permanently”. Mine stays in the same position. Just slide it from the bottom if you need to move it.

Can this be adjusted with your feet, or do you have to move it by hand?

I just received my unit this week and it is (almost) as expected. I wish it were 6 inches wider, my feet are size 7 and they are at risk of falling off the sides. Coming to this question, I have been able to open and adjust it with just my two feet without problem. If yours feels too tight, consider adding a little silicone grease on the ratchet movement to make it easier - I did not have to it, I am able to adjust with my feet without problems.
