The chair is good quality leather (or pleather maybe?). The seat and backrest are well made and I really like the little memory foam lumbar pillow and nick rest. There's a slide-out leg rest thing that turns the chair into an almost-recliner but it's just...ok, I guess? The backrest angle and height adjustment controls are well placed and work. This piston cylinder is solid holds well.The thing that gets stars deducted are the armrests; they're ridiculously far away from the body. They pivot left and right & the posts can move up and down a bit, but they do not slide toward or away from the body. The result is that no matter where the armrests are positions, you never really know where to put your arms. The possible positions don't really work for gaming or office work, and start to cause discomfort after a while. If you just sit doing nothing with your arms on the rests, they're fine, but the second you need to do anything, they become a hindrance.UPDATE: The chair's excellent back support and Autoful's excellent customer service have overridden my previous criticisms. All hail our glorious chairlords!!

I purchased this gaming chair for my husband’s birthday after reading an embarrassing amount of reviews on a million different gaming chairs. Thankfully, my efforts were worth it because he absolutely loves it.It took him maybe 20 mins to put together, which seemed to be a fairly easy process.The chair came with 2 broken parts but they don’t seem to be causing any issues at this point.As for comfort we give it a 10/10! If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable gaming chair this is a great option. Very pleased with this purchase.

Day one of Use, it’s a pretty solid/sturdy and comfortable chair. The design and functionality of it are pretty top tier. I’d say this chair is worth the money, reclining is super flexible, the installation video couldn’t be any easier from the QR scan code via YouTube. The only thing keeping me back from the 5 star is the fact that their labeling and emblem is on every part of the dam chair!! Like dang man, it mine as well be Auto Auto Auto chair my man. Other than that it’s a great chair lol

I have had this bad boy for almost 3 years now. I was just shy of the 3 year mark and my gas tube started dying out rapidly. Messaged the seller and within 5 messages between each other, and then waiting 3-4 days, i had a replacement tube. I even had initially offered to pay and they said "what? That isn't necessary! You're still within your warranty" 5 minutes of full disassembly, i replaced the tube and cleaned the whole chair (It needed it bad) That was the easy part. The hard part? Finding what to play on steam because I had way more time than I had anticipated. its super easy to take apart and clean/replace the gas tube. Reps were fast. Just told them what was wrong and they just asked what's the part number (printed in big and bold on a sticker on the part) and they asked for an address for the replacement. That's it. This chair has lasted me 2 apartments, an ex-wife and a girlfriend, and is now with me at my house. Still doing chair things and feeling chair feelings. In all seriousness, its amazing and still like new. I did lose the cushion when moving the first time (my fault) and a simple pillow fixes that. Best purchase ever and has and still is paying for itself in comfort and customer service. Which is big for me, and how you create a forever customer.

Not the most expensive chair; however, after three months of using this as my full time office chair, I am very satisfied. Don't expect this to be a Secretlab chair. The AutoFull chair is a great chair for the price. My use is as a full time office chair during the day (lots of screen time and zoom meetings) and an internet browsing and minor gaming chair in the evening.The strength of this chair is the back and seat comfort. Once one finds the sweet spot for the pillows, the chair is quite comfortable. Be aware that this is not a "cushy" office chair. The seat feels like a very firm memory foam and the sides of the seat bottom raise to an angle that does give one that "bucket seat" feel. The pillow for the back also has a memory foam feel; however, there is more give and it adjusts well once the "sweet spot" for placement is found. The neck pillow is comfortable; however, I have to keep reaching up to adjust it to the correct position. It attaches to the chair back, it is just that I need to move it up from the natural location where it attaches. For me, a major strength of this chair is the setting that allows a little give when leaning back. This allows a bit of a rocking function and that is a very big advantage for meThe chair back is very solid and does go above my head. This is one of the reasons I went with a gaming chair versus an office chair. The recline for the chair sets the back at almost 90 degrees to just less than 180 degrees. If reclined, there is a footrest that can be deployed. This is one reason I picked this chair and in reality, I don't use it much. The only time the footrest is comfortable is when the chair almost fully reclined.The arms of the chair are nicely adjustable. A choice has to be made during assembly to determine how wide to place the arms. After using the chair for a couple days, I took off the arms and moved them to a closer setting the the side of the seat. The vertical adjustment is smooth and easy. It is also possible to adjust the angle of the armrests to twist them to one of three settings, pointing away from the seat, pointing parallel to the seat, and pointing toward the seat. The one thing I would like is to have the ability for the armrests to move forward and backward.The assembly was straight forward. By chance, I helped put together a Secretlab Titan Evo chair two days before I assembled this chair. The parts were not as well organized in this chair as with the Secretlab chair, but the instructions for the AutoFull chair were easy to follow and all parts were in the package.In conclusion, this chair is not as nice as a Secretlab Titan Evo; however, it does not cost anywhere near what the Titan Evo costs. I can spill coffee on the AutoFull chair and not feel any regret. If the cat jumps up on the chair, I don't check for claw marks. The footrest on the AutoFull chair is not as useful as I had hoped; however, the rocking function of the chair more than makes up for any disappointment from the footrest. After using this chair for three months, I would purchase it again.

Despues de dos ano de uso, de los cuales 1 ano le di un uso de al menos unas 11 horas diarias puedo decir que es una excelente silla relacion precio calidad, mido 1.80mts aprox y peso unas 220lb y realmente nunca me fatigo, lo unico es que no me acostumbre al cojin lumbar y es el unico punto negativo que le daria, que tu lumbar no esta en total reposo, sin embargo como mencione antes, no te cansa ni te hace doler ninguna parte del cuerpo. Es una excelente opcion la verdad.
