16awg if it’s not carrying a lot of current use OHMS LAW

Is this entire family of wire products sjow? (looking at 16 awg-2c specifically but want info for all)

I don't know if it is sjow, but it is PCV which RESISTANT to sunlight and oil. Having purchased this, it doesn't look like oil or weather proof cable. It looks like regular indoor cable.

Is this good for automotive wiring? i need to add a 2 wire plug to my pcm and thought this could be a solution.
