Nice walker. Service is fantastic.
The walker in nicely crafted. Easy to assemble and adjust. Service was easy to contact. When I had a little trouble with assembly they responded to my email after hours on a Saturday. It is possible to install the wheel tubes reversed. pay attention to the orientation of the wheel posts in the assembly video. The front tubes curve forward at the bottom.

Well built. Easy to assemble.
Was easy to put together. I use it every time I go out. Keeps my back straight. So I have no pain. I tried the regular type walker but it didn't work for me. Also this one is made for all kinds of terrain so I can go everywhere. The wheels are larger than my old walker so for me it feels cushioned. Now I enjoy walking again.

A game changer!
Excellent walker! This walker is a game changer. My husband is 5'10" and he no longer walks hunched over with those smaller, traditional walkers. He is able to look ahead of him, not down at the ground. Walker is sturdy and brakes works well. Highly recommend this walker for increased stablility and mobility.

Very nice
1. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because if you hit a wide crack in the sidewalk from any angle but direct, head-on, the 10 inch front castor wheel rotates 90 degrees and drops into the crack, pitching the support forward and likely resulting in a fall. This manufacturing defect could likely be overcome by making the front tire 16 inches instead of 10 - it would roll over gaps instead of falling sideways into them. 2. I am a 6'3" woman. The men my height found this equipmemt fit them just fine. However, males have much longer humerus bones than women. So, this was about 4 inches too short for me in hiking shoes (I'm likely 6'4" in hiking shoes). So, I had 6 inch extensions welded on the front, changed the back wheels to 16 inches, and had 3 inch extensions welded on the back legs of the frame at a cost of $250 US. However, I can now stand completely straight up and walk, and I no longer have to lean over to get support to relieve pressure on my lower back. Using a frame too short did not relieve low back pain and caused neck issues. 3. Because of the customization, I cannot attach brakes to the back wheels. Brakes would be nice at times. But I recognize the limitations of this equipment. 4. Finally, the reason I give this a 4 star instead of lower - I am free again! I can walk just about anywhere pain free! No more wheelchair. It is an absolutely amazing feeling! I'm up to about a mile a day now, still pain free. For me, this equipment absolutely works after modifications, and I anticipate many years of use.

So far, very good
So far...my mother-in-law is happy with this new walker! My husband was pleased that assembly was straight forward with easy to understand directions. Walker is sturdy, has a full seat, big wheels for easier maneuverability over different surfaces and it's adjustable for height. We didn't have a problem, but it does not get any shorter when it folds, only less deep, so needs some extra room to put into vehicle for travel.

Very heavy and bulky for maneuvering
I wanted this to help me keep my posture better instead hunching down over a regular walker. This definitely helps with that. But it is very difficult to maneuver around doorways and furniture. I can't use it inside of my small home without a lot of frustration. I use it for my time at work or while taking short walks. But it is super heavy for me and very awkward to try to load and unload out of my car. I do not consider this to be very portable. I finally settled on leaving it in my car when not at work and I use the regular walker for places like restaurants and when I am at home. PLUS, now the padded armrests are both cracking badly. Could be from the heat this time of year inside my car. Could be from the stress I am placing on those armrests to hold me up. Regardless, I currently have duct tape trying to keep it all together and am looking for replacements. When taking it out of the car and opening it up, make sure it is completely locked into place or it will collapse on you! Also, be aware the center of gravity is different. I find it can be unstable over terrain changes (sidewalk to pavement or rocks or grass). With all of that being said, I find it easier to get through the day with this upright walker instead of the regular walker. It is much harder to walk and stay standing up straight with the regular walker. Let's face it, when you hurt, it is easier and less painful to hunch over.

Great walker if you have back pain issues, well worth the cost
Works just as it should. If you need a walker and have back pain issues, then this is a must-have. My wife needs a walker but due to back problems, she cant use a standard walker so this allows her to have her arms up at chest level. VERY solid and the wheels are great. This thing is built like a tank. Definitely larger and weighs more than a normal walker but well worth it.

“Life is more livable!”
People ask me almost daily about my walker, so I’m always demonstrating the features about it. My husband and I walk daily to put steps on our phone apps. We walk usually 6 out of 7 days at Costco in Tacoma Washington since last August or at the military hospital or commissary. Mostly indoors where we are safer. We are around many people who ask me about my walker. I’m able to walk quick , focused on where I’m going & my surroundings , not looking down watching where I step, so I trip less. I must use a walker for balance from concussions, different arthritis’s autoimmune diseases, lung and heart issue's. It’s a place to sit, as I just pay a high price in pain for standing in place. It keeps me upright to spare me back pain , instead of ending up with a permanent stoop of bad posture with a short walker. The large 10” tires made of solid material, help over difficult terrains, the shoe-tabs at back tires help to step onto curbs when incline aprons are not available . It comes with an attachment place for a cane or umbrella to Velcro on the side, as needed. I really like the extra lower handles to use, when trying to stand from sitting position with the brakes on. I have even bought it to give to others who in need, so they feel safer when walking instead of sitting home in depression. I highly recommend these ELENKER Upright Walkers.

My 93 year old father hurt his back and needed to be standing and walking upright but his old walker made him hunch forward this new walker’s a game changer for him and the price is unbelievable for the quality he loves it.

It would be great if it was sent assembled since the chair folds. I’m submitting this comment because this chair will sent & used by people with disabilities & may need help with the assembly. In the ad for it that “assembly required”
