It is fragrance free. It dries semi matte, not powdery matte but more of a natural matte which I love. My skin doesn’t get tight after it dries, which is what bothered me with most other previous matte moisturizers I tried. It goes under my semi matte sunscreen beautifully without pilling. With the help of this moisturizer, my skin stays the same natural matte finish the whole day whereas my sunscreen was only able to maintain about 2 hours max of matte finish alone.
