Screws included. Easy task.
Perfect fit & screws are included. I was able to quickly replace an old cracked cover without any issues. Now I don't have to pass by the damaged cover every time I walk down the hall.

I actually did a similar review for all the different types of wall plates from this company- I was looking for something economical- it’s not fancy just a plastic cover but looks nice - the good news is they had all the different types/sizes I needed so everything matches.
