There is no velcro or flap or anything like that. They both zip up and seem exactly the same except for their size. It appears that the Classic is a few inches larger than the lunch box. I have the lunch box and it is about the size of a regular lunch box, and is the perfect size. **Q: Can you put it on an 1-1/2” belt** A: Can you clarify What you mean by that, if you mean a belt for pants then I would say yes but it does have some weight to it one it has food and is frozen **Q: Can it keep a frozen dinner frozen for a few hours?** A: Depends on what you mean by frozen dinner. **Q: When the bag starts to thaw, does it create a wet patch on car seat or whatever you have it placed on?
