the best dosage is given below :
 for varicose veins &  spider veins 1 tablet two times (m & n) after food. (recommended use up to 3 months)
for a sudden attack of Piles: use 4 tablets (1m,1af, 1ev, 1ngt)/day for 4 days, 3 tablets /day for 3 days and the remaining 2 tablets per day after food. others can be used on 1 tablet two times per day
