The Book running into more than 700 pages itself speaks of the great work done by the Author. The references of Myths and Lore are spread all over Sri Guru Granth Sahib which has 1430 pages. Taking out each and every aspect from the Text and then writing about the background with examples and efinitions is a work of not less than 10 years, maybe more. Mr Chahal has articulated the difficult passages and interpreted the Gurbani conveying the true meaning of the actual Myth or Lore. It is a Book that can be opened at any page and a new vision of the use of Myths and Lore can be read easily. Great job by Mr Chahal.

Being a sikh i never knew sri guru granth sahib had so much refrences to hindu mythology. It was a really great read. Being encyclopedic in natyre you can pick any chapter and read it. Its a must read for everyone to understand whats the concept of god in sikhism

I have thoroughly enjoyed this book. It provides detail account on various myths and lore that have multiple meaning and interpretations. I loved the fact that the book follows a proper sequence and it is well-researched work. Overall, a great reading experience. Highly recommend it.
