Poor quality
Definitely the quality of the refill scrubber should be improved.

Good but.....
If you're used to using the Dish Matic 'green' refills (as I have for many years) for this brush then you will realise that this black 'extra heavy duty' refill dispenses a lot more liquid soap then the green one as the scrubber mesh is not as tightly knit. This may be why its heavy duty as it will ooze a lot of soap to handle a tough job but if you're using it for normal dishes then its not economical as a lot of soap is wasted especially if you're using an expensive dish washing soap.

Quality is bad
The plastic frame is not properly sealed in place with the scrubbing pad hence it appears crooked after installing it on to the dispensing handle. Didn’t expect the quality would be this poor.
