I love them!
I have several other sizes of KnitPro interchangeable needles and I love them! I bought them for circular knitting, but have now started using them all the time. It makes knitting heavier items such as blankets much easier, as the weight rests in your lap rather than on the needles. The needles themselves are smooth so nothing catches on the yarn. I just have to make sure they are securely joined to the cable at regular intervals to make sure they don't fall off mid-row. I just wish you made the very smallest size of needles so I could use these for sock knitting. I am slowly building up my collection.

Disappointing - edited & reduced by 2 after use
The wood feels absolutely beautiful, and the colours are lovely, but the dominant-hand one does have a tendency to unscrew itself. At least I noticed when the stitches snagged and was able to rectify things before the needle and cable parted ways completely and I lost stitches. I can see this potentially being an issue with larger needles.Overall, though, they're a great addition to my interchangeable set.Edit: Having completed a small project (60cm cable, approx 80 rows) using these tips, I am substantially less impressed with them. As others have commented, the size indicators have rubbed off - something that could easily be engraved somewhere. The colours are difficult to work with in lower light. And, the issue that has led directly to me reducing the rating - they have worn to being if not unusable then at least worrying. The one that was in my left (non-dom) hand has grooves from where the tip of the right one has rubbed against it. I recognise that this may have been caused by the single row I worked with a secondary, aluminium pin, but it seems more likely to just be wear and tear.Disappointing, and definitely not worth the money. I'll have to replace them with fixed pins as they don't make Zing ones in the smaller sizes, and I can't use Novas due to the nickel plating.

Love the range BUT
The pins are too short. I have the smaller gauges and they are fine (4, 5, 6mm) but the 15mm are just too short to be comfortable to work with. you end up holding the metal ferrule rather than the wood. The crochet hooks from the interchangeable range are slightly longer than the knitting pins, not a lot longer but long enough to be able to work with chunky and tshirt yarns easily. These need to be that length too.A pity really as the symfonie range is nice to work with as well as being nice to look at.

Good needles but could improve on the labelling
The needles work great and as long as I tighten the on with the tool (and not just attempt to do it with my superhuman strength) the the needles do not unwind off the cable as I'm knitting. The main downside is the size of the needle that is initially written on the edge of the needle wears off with use.

Snapped! Terrible Quality for a High Price
Though I was impressed by the pretty patterning on these needles I was not happy when one needle snapped half way through a project! At this price I would not expect this kind of bad quality. There seems to be a weak point just above the metal section where once I swapped to the larger 3.50mm needle another snapped in the same place! These were the first time being used and as an experienced knitter I was not applying any pressure to the needles above and beyond what they need to withstand for the task. A real shame!
