Time consuming
Well people, this is time consuming to say the least but that's what I love about it. It's intricate, but every time I finish a little piece I marvel at it, and at the end putting them all together to make the house is the most fun. You have to take your time and just keep looking at all the pictures from the manual to try to figure it out. The instructions are helpful but can be confusing at times as well. I work on it a few hours each day and next morning can't wait to check on it to what I have next to build. Sometimes I have realized later after I made a piece what I did wrong and had to pull it apart and readjust. They are not perfect, I've made mistakes but still look pretty good to me after it's completed. I've made 11 of these now, start small and work up. Oh, I also don't care about the dust cover or the music box, wish I had a choice on some of these kits.

Missing wall major part. Disappointing Christmas gift.
Would've been nice if all parts were available 🤷 it was missing a wall, needed for foundation... my daughter was not able to assemble this. It was bit of a disappointment as her Christmas Gift. But thankfully, was able to return for refund without issues.

The instruction is in details
I did not finish it yet. But till now, the instructions are really clear. And it is not quite hard. (Maybe it is because That I just start) ;)Update:I just finished it!!

Insufficient fabric
Not enough fabric. The provided cut out patterns don't match the provided measurements. Fun project, and I have my own fabric, but still.

Happy but a little unhappy
It was easy enough to build and enjoyable. However one of the chair sides was broken and batteries were missing so had to buy batteries separately. Just won't build the chair I guess. Don't know how to contact the seller to see if we can get replacements.

*Instructions not Included
I opened my box and there were no instructions included. Absolutely impossible to put together without them. Extremely disappointed.

Pictures only, no written instructions
This is half inch scale so if you're used to working in 1" scale this is a bit more of a challenge. There are no written instructions at all. There is a booklet of pictures for the steps but the pictures don't always make it clear how something goes together, like if the sides go on the outside of something or behind for instance. It's also a big challenge to find the parts you need especially when you are using beads for some items and when you go to assemble the structure itself it's not easy to figure out what goes where. So I ended up matching the pieces of the wallpaper and flooring with the wood. I ended up finding a video on youtube for this particular kit and it helped some in the assembly as the pieces were closer up pictures and I could tell easier how to assemble some things. The wood is pretty precisely cut and very smooth. A big plus. The graphics are really nice. I did end up substituting some of my own supplies simply because in some instances I preferred what I had to what they sent in the kit but it wasn't entirely necessary. I didn't like the lime green for the sofa and ended up using a tiny calico print I had in my quilting supplies. I will say I've had 40 + years of experience making miniatures and this was a challenge for me. A puzzle to put together in a way. So If you are not experienced with making miniatures you're probably best finding a different kit made by one of the U.S. manufacturers that have good written instructions. Plus many of them are great if you call about putting someone on the phone that can walk you through any problems you might have. The kit has most of what you need to complete it, including an exacto knife, glue, screwdriver, scissors and tweezers, and lighting to electrify it. The one I have doesn't include the plexi dust cover.I would buy more of these but with the understanding that I'm pretty much on my own or I'll need to search ahead to see if there is a video where someone put it together already. Once finished this will be really satisfying I think and I believe I'll enjoy the finished room.

Instructions incomplete - poor service.
I like the kit, but the instructions are missing every other page, so there are huge parts that make no sense or have no instructions at all. You would think this would be something they would check before putting the booklet in the kit. I waited for several days for a reply from the company, having emailed, messaged and sent an online enquiry to them. I managed to get photographs of the missing pages from a kind person on Facebook, else I wouldn’t have known how half of the kit should have been. I have done 15 other kits and this is my first one by this supplier, which doesn’t give a great first impression, not like Rolife and Cutebee who have always supplied excellent instructions in my experience. To make things worse, several wooden components were missing, which meant that I could not complete all of the model correctly. I will not be purchasing from this manufacturer again as their model is clearly inferior to other brands. For the price, I could get more better designed and finished kits from other companies.Edit: I finally heard back from the company who were super helpful and sent me the instructions via email. I’m grateful for this, however it was a nuisance to have to do this!

Ok.... But disappointed
I really love building these. I've made 5 others over the pat year. But the instructions for this one are not very clear. Just picture, no discription. And some of the measurements that come for the fabrics are off... Having to adjust it as I go... Not really happy with it considering how much it cost.

Difficult
Instructions not so clear, just photos not descriptions, pretty hards to build, fiddly and pretty much you have to build each bit from scratch, batteries or glue not included.

LOVE THIS
I had so much fun making this thing!! A couple of the items were missing a piece here and there so I had to get a bit creative during assembly. the light switch panel broke after turning it on twice. But that’s ok! I love this dang thing so much. Can’t wait to build the next one

Fun but not enough instructions
The design of the house is very cute! However the instructions aren’t as clear as I expected. It provides you with the parts label on instruction but not labeled on the actual parts. No template for you to measure the parts, so I had to guess which part to use. The cloth was not enough so I had to use my creativity a bit. It’s fine since it’s not my first one, but definitely not a beginner project
