Nice! Just right!
Easy to assemble. Need your own screwdriver. My electric screwdriver worked great. I initially put the side pieces on the wrong ends, but figured it out. The steps side piece must go on the left when facing the front. There is an H bolt that will only fit this specific way. It was easy to fix. It seems waterproof. It's built well. Its stylish for an animal house. It seems to be a good buy for the money. I really am satisfied with it.I bought this outdoor house for the neighborhood stray cat, which my Mother and I have been feeding for about 2 months now. He's super skidish but I started putting the food dish on the upper deck and He's now gotten used to eating there, next I'm going to try putting his food dish on the inside cubby to see if I can get him comfortable there. Next I will try to get this tuxedo cat comfortable with me. I would love for him to be my cat. My mother and I have named him Elvis.

Easy to assemble
We used it for indoors for the Dog and took the ramp and plastic curtains off but the way it came was great

Nice house!
Cute! Easy to assemble with no issues. Using for a chicken in a protected environment so will work. Recommend using stronger screws for roof hinges (3 stars for that reason).

Warm and weatherproof
Got this for next door neighbor cat who likes to hang out on my vehicle. He never gets to go inside their house and I felt bad he needs some shelter from cold and storms so I put this in my carport for him. It’s strong and weather proof. I put in a couple of blankets and change them if it looks like it’s been in use. I’ve seen a couple of strays in there as well. It’ll hold 2 cats easily, 3 if they really pile together. The roof opens easily for cleaning. It took me a minute to understand the support bracket to hold it up but it’s clever and works.

Kitty Comfort
These are great kitty condos which come in real handy during the winter months - especially if ferals or strays are in need of warmth inside an enclosed, front porch. I place electric, pet bed warmers inside of them for extra warmth and comfort.

Slow down (builders and drivers )
The product itself was nice but I’m not sure if it was the delivery driver or if it was packed already broken but it looked as though whomever built the pieces screwed the screws in too tight and split the wood. It was in multiple spots and bad enough I had to use wood glue. I would have returned it but my children wanted their cat at their dad’s house to have a place to sleep outside so I made do with it. I would t buy again sadly.

Patience is key
Great little kitty house. Was going to make one myself but this kit was just too good for the price. I added some hay and a heated mat. It took Mama kitty until the snowstorm to actually use it(I had it out for two months prior to), the baby regularly bounces in and out of the house a month or so after it went up. Both fluffers get two square meals daily and it makes me happy to see them dry and warm. Baby fluffy likes to play on the house too, jumping from the branches to the top of the house like a spider monkey. Very amusing to watch and puts a smile on my face.
