Q: What will give a natural light ash brown color on black/dark hair?

Maybe the ash khaki is the color you’re looking for? I personally haven’t tried that color though. You probably have to pre-lighten your hair first (especially if you have naturally dark hair). I’ve only tried the primer and dusty ash on my hair, but over time, it faded into a nice ash brown color too.

Wrong Hairdye color

I was excited to redye my hair but when I opened the package, I realized that I got sent the wrong hair dye. I am currently trying to place a return but it’s ineligible for a return. Will update if I can ever get any money back or the right hair color.

Easy to use + natural color (doesn’t damage too much)

I’ve been recoloring my hair using this brand for about 2 years now and get compliments on it. I recommend pre-lightening your hair then using this box for the ash color to show more (this is what I did for my dark Asian hair) the color gets better over time and I feel like my hair doesn’t damage as much as it would have going to a salon. Easy to follow instructions, works like shampoo.The shipping surprised me, arrived super quick, within 1 week and I love the little extra samples of skin and hair care provided.
