It took me roughly 10 minutes to put it together. The instructions are straight forward and the chair is well made. I highly recommend!

This chair was super easy to assemble and fits my space perfectly for my tiny salon! My clients love how comfortable it is. I did order a foot rest that I just tuck under the chair incase someone wants to put their feet up. The auto recline makes it easier for me, since the client just leans back on their own and I don't have to guess how far back to recline it unlike a traditional shampoo chair or manual one. Highly recommend!

Nice chair for the price. Easy to assemble. One of the bearings that allow the chair to recline was damaged. It was missing one of balls but is still functional. I contacted customer service and they sent out an entire new chair. I asked if they wanted me to ship them the original chair and they said keep it.

This chair is pretty great, the material is amazing way better than i expected, pretty easy to put together beside the fact that it isn’t level it’s great, as long as someone is sitting in it it’s level unless the chair is empty then it wobbles but not a huge issue, did a mock shampoo on my sister to test it out and she almost fell asleep and kept laying in it after I finished and said is very comfortable hahaha!

Chair was relatively easy to assemble. One of the parts was missing so I notified the seller and the seller was very quick to respond. I should get the part in a few days. I would buy from them again based on the quick customer service

Assembly wasn’t impossible but required a little more patience and assistance than I expected. The sturdiness is excellent. It reclines with ease. I did receive it with small damage, a small slit in the upholstery. Because i was on a time restraint I almost kept it and dealt with it but decided to return it and order another one. Shipping wasn’t as fast as I would have liked and the refund took longer than I expected but it did get resolved.

It was easy to put together .. I didn’t like that the seat falls through if it moves too far back in the upright position. It is pretty short so hard to use on a sink that doesn’t adjust height. It’s comfortable but wish it was height adjustable.

We got this to replace an office chair we use for hair and its great. I would advise using your own tools to assemble as the cheap ones near the end started to strip out.
