I teach special education to high school students with emotional impairments and ASD (can you say stress????). Additionally, I have Hashimotos and struggle with energy levels. I bought this on the recommendation of my naturo-path who thought it might help with adrenal issues and fatigue. I have been taking it for almost a month and in the last 7-10 days I have really noticed myself having more energy, sleeping better at night and being able to deal with every day stress more effectively. I will continue taking this and look forward to seeing continued positive results!

Good product. I bought it in an attempt to find the best ksm-66 I could find, and it was decent. Nothing I'd order again, but it was a good clean product with no negative effects. No after tastes. Now... if they have a stronger product, with a higher ksm-66 dosage than 200mg's, I'd concider trying that.

I wrote a review on another brand. This brand was quite stronger and I actually got jitters from taking the same dose as the other brand. For me around 500mg 2x a day keeps me perfect and normal. I don't care about a thing. If you don't get the effects you think you want try adjusting the dosage.

I have been fighting sickness for over 2 months so I tried adding different supplements. I can tell such a difference since I have been using this! I am resting better, and have finally got over the lingering sickness that has been bothering for so long!

I've utilized Ashwagandha previously and was excited to try a "raw" version. Well this has proved to be utterly ineffective. Will not be purchasing this brand again.
