I was skeptical at first because for one the price was excellent. Watched one review video where they gave 1 star. Let me tell you this machine is amazing!!! The labels are small, very very easy set up - download the Nimbot App and go. I didn't need the booklet to get started. Soooo easy, tons of templates (for free) and little emojis and boarders. Nice part it's thermal and the label is slick - waterproof and perfect! They have a VIP that you can load for Xtra emojis and designs, but trust me you will not need! Prints in black. So much fun, prints quickly and quietly. My complaint is I am an extremely creative person and I cannot stop playing. This is the most fun I've had in a long time! There’s an app that is easy to follow and use. Within a couple minutes, I was able to add photos and make labels. Excellent product! It will only allow you to remember 10 labels, unless you buy a monthly/yearly subscription to access extra fonts and reprint any of the last 41 labels without redesigning them. If making new labels from scratch that need photo editing, it does turn off while standing by. Wish it would stay on a bit longer before turning off. It came charged enough to use right away and for quite a long time. Buy with confidence. Super easy to learn and utilize. Comes with everything needed, except for a charging brick. It has the usb to micro usb cable included. In box: D11 label maker, charging cable (no brick), quick start instruction manual, one roll of labels. I suggest getting an extra roll of the desired label size and the case.

Love it! Works as I hoped and super easy to use

This printer is exactly as adertised. Several templates, fonts, as well as tape colors and options, etc. I'm able to use it on my laptop as well as my iPhone via bluetooth. Set up is very easy and print quality is excellent. It also prints quickly. However, the entire screen of options and settings is very small. The print is tiny and I'm having a difficult time navigating all the choices. Quality and price are probably unbeatable; but I do get frustrated by the size of the screen, which is still iphone size on my laptop. I ordered 3; one for me and two for gifts. I'm keeping mine, but returning the other two for fear they won't be used. If I could discover a way to enlarge the options screen on my laptop I'd give this 5 stars!

Great portable label machine

I am a mobile phlebotomist, and carrying around a large label printer wasn't going to work well, so I have spent many years handwriting labels for every tube I draw. I decided to give this little guy a try and I couldn't be happier! It's app is easy to navigate, the printer is quick, and the labels work perfectly to get all patient identifiers needed. This has saved me from the many hand cramps I would have daily, hand writing out labels. I have purchased one for every employee in our company now! It's a big hit!

The label maker works quickly and is easy to use but it makes tiny labels. I wanted to label my pantry items and was sad to see the labels are so tiny, they would be impossible to see from a few feet away. If you look in the picture you will see the label is about half the size of my fingernail. I plan to buy the larger model that makes larger labels. I was also disappointed that there is a subscription you must buy if you want to be able to print the full array of label graphics and fonts. About half of the fonts and graphics are available for free. This would be fun for a child who wanted a label maker.
