Portacool PACJS2701A1 Evaporative Cooler

Great product. We have used this cooler for two seasons in Northern California to cool a 6000 sq ft hot rod show room and garage with 20’ ceilings. It works amazingly well. 5stars

Works great as far as cooling our shop

Works great as far as cooling our shop. We have bought two PortaCollers over the years (this one and a much smaller one), on both units we've had to reinforce the way the wheels are mounted to the underside of the fan. We have a weld shop so this is easy for us. No so sure how others would deal with this.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING

Pulley on drive motor came apart after 2 and 1/2 months and ruined the drive belt. Ran for approximately 1/8 of that time. Seller would not warranty parts needed to repair. Amazon would not stand behind it either due to it being from outside seller. Buyer beware.

Unit ran 2 days and pump motor locked up. Portacool customer service was horrible . Multiple calls no help. I called dealer and he was able to get a new pump shipped to us. However we had to repair with our labor. Not happy
