WEN 31104 Baker Scaffold Outriggers with 5-Inch Locking Casters, 4 Pack

I like others ordered this because it was a good $40.00 cheaper than the brand that goes with my scaffold. It fit perfectly and except for the orange rather than yellow color, no one will know the difference. I ordered two 6 foot bakers scaffold because I straddled the two with planks to reach high on the front of my RV. Now I am destined for rafter duty and at 15 feet, need the stacked model. So I ordered these outriggers and from HD the trap door floor and cage guard. As for value, it is one of those items you wish you didn't have to buy until the moment you are glad you did. Arrived well packaged, actually, surprisingly well packaged.

The package was the first clue to the quality of this product. (see photo) I was unsure of the compatibility of this set to my Metaltech scaffold, but the fit was perfect. The stability was a welcomed necessity to a second level addition to my baker scaffold. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. I have not been disappointed by a Wen product yet. Don't think twice about adding this to a scaffold set. You will get a heavy duty product that will safely assist you in your work.

I purchased the WEN 31104 Baker Scaffold Outriggers with 5-Inch Locking Casters for added safety during my carport installation project, and they’ve been fantastic! I like WEN products and this safety rail for my MetalTech Baker Style scaffolding is no exception. As I get older (69yrs old) I needed the added comfort of being able to hold onto something and to know that I was protected and safe. I also have acrophobia (fear of height) and this safety rail accomplishes everything I needed. Very easy to assemble and slides into the holes provided on the MetalTech scaffolding. The tool tray accessory I have also from MetalTech does not quite fit comfortably on the scaffolding but it does fit and if you have enough room to wheel your scaffolding around then it works just fine but it was not really designed to fit around this safety rail but it does kind of work. All in all both the MetalTech Baker Style scaffolding for indoor use and this wonderful safety rail has allowed me to work comfortably indoor 1 level off the ground. I would highly recommend.

Fits to our existing 6 ft scaffolding, and does the job it needs to. Easy to put together, but is a little bit light weight. I would not use it on a two story set.

I have a MetalTech branded scaffold, this rail set was much cheaper than theirs so I thought I'd give it a go. Works like a charm, fits snugly and functions well. It's not the kind of railing that you can lean on, or over, safely. It is a bit shaky (as is the baker scaffold itself) but it does the job of keeping you from walking off the edge and helps steady you. The main benefit is giving a place to hold onto when you climb to the top of a fully extended scaffold, rather than just flopping onto the platform like a fish you can actually ascend like a human.

Assemble it and mounted it to my metaltech bakers scaffold. Assemble in about 40 minutes and it fit right on the scaffold no problems at all. I have used Wen products since 1971. My step dad had a Wen Solder Gun.

Solid fit. Increase stability 100%. Would not use scaffolding without them.

Es un complemento básico para el andamio si lo vas a apilar en torre . Al estar debidamente instalado y ajustado se siente estabilidad y seguridad al apoyarte haciendo movimientos. Llegó en buen tiempo, en muy buen estado y justo cuando lo estoy necesitando para arreglos caseros y otros proyectos. En cuanto al acabado y hechura del producto estoy Satisfecho.

Perfect fit for the Metaltech 6x6 stackable scaffold (model CISCC4) and at about half the cost. I highly recommend this whether working on a single scaffold or stacked pair.
