Scanning Electron Microscopy and X-Ray Microanalysis

You still need instructors to teach you the fundamentals of SEM. But whether that instructor is good at teaching or not, this book is like a second language to readers new to SEM.

I just received my book from Amazon and start to read. The book is made so exquisitely: the print quality, the beautiful illustrations, and elegant binding, which makes me couldn't stop to read. I have worked on SEMXM for more than 10 years, pretty understand what the authors said in preface, this is the book for new generation SEMXM. The book is very different with SEMXM3, so I am very excited to learn from it.

It's a great book for SEM. Essential!
