UPDATED REVIEW: The company reached out to me and offered to send me upgraded rings. They came today and have exceeded my expectations. But even more than that, the fact that they reached out to me and wanted to immediately make things right. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Well done and Thank you! While the brackets are sturdy and great. The pole itself seems very flimsy. Will see how they hold up once we have some wind and rain. The pole went together easy enough but kind of disappointed in the “360 swivel and no tangle claim”. I still have to go out every morning and unwind my flags manually. Probably would choose a cheaper option if I were doing it all over. I specifically bought them because the description said it wouldn’t tangle. It’s not horrible, but not great.

Now this is a quality flag pole which is fitting for the flag it holds up high. I was totally impressed with how this pole went together, which had ALL the pieces available for assembly. The pole went together extremely easy with proper diameters to make a tight fit. The two collars for the flag was engineered in a quality fashion which allowed for proper movement of the flag during high winds, without the collars moving from the stated position. The best part was the fact the pole fit the existing holder which matches the color of our painted brick. Kudos to the mfg of this quality item holding such an important part of the USA.

This ZMTECH flag pole has been a total game changer. My flags used to bunch up and get tangled constantly, and I was unfurling them almost every day. With this upgraded bracket and stainless steel pole, they stay smooth and flying freely. The setup looks clean, feels sturdy, and really holds up outside. Absolutely worth it if you’re tired of dealing with twisted flags. Easy to store compact when not in use. Sleek black color. Protects my expensive flags. Easy to install. Use extra heavy duty screws for added support. Not very heavy but i have high winds.

Cheap plastic supports for swivals , one already broke with moderate wind, does not always rotate-flag messed up UPDATE Seems company reached out and said they would replace rings on poles with metal ones, will wait and see what becomes of this The company did send new items to replace the old ones and they look like they’re more heavy duty. I have not put them on yet but thanks for the company for responding for my complaint. Looks like they’re a legit outfit.

Seems like it'll last a while. The rings that attach the flag to the pole (forgot what they are called) seem to be put together well. I like that the pole comes in several sections; I left one off and attached a 2.5' x 4' flag to the pole and it looks better than using the full 6' length.

Very easy to assemble, comes with all hardware needed to mount. I love how the flag "swivels" on the pole, has yet to tangle on some very windy days.

Very excited to put our Marine flag up, my son finish his crucible and our flag went up, a week now the flag keeps getting tangled around the pole, the bottom circle spin thingy works fine but the top one get stuck! We have done anything and everything to fix’s it but nothing works, I cannot return cuz the deadline is close. I hope someone can reach out to resolve this issue, even if it’s to send us out a new circle that spins not sure of the amen lol. I can say it’s very easy to install..
