Arrived on-time, cute set, packed well, so I'm not sure how it happened, but my only complaint is that one of the cups came chipped but that was quickly remedied upon return so for the price, everything it includes, the aesthetic, and the fact that it's an easily portable tea set, I have no complaints whatsoever. Would buy again as a gift for a tea lover, (would recommend washing the dishes before gifting as they have a slight smell at first), especially if I'm looking for a great tea lovers gift set on a budget!

Due to the improper handling from Amazon employees themselves I received the set with a snapped board despite the well prepped packaging on behalf of the seller, which isn’t the end of the world but kinda sucked. So I messaged the seller and they were so quick with a reply, it was so efficient. They sent me a whole new set and it arrived within days of me even messaging them. My boyfriend who is very into tea sets at the moment absolutely loved the set. The pieces within the set are so well designed and of course cute and compact.

I love everything about the tea set! It’s adorable and fun to use. However when you pour the tea it spills . The spout spills everywhere . It’s rather annoying . But the set is too cute and fun to return .

It's a good starter set, and had what I need for a lunchtime tea service at work. The tray is pretty shallow, so you'll need another container or place to dump rinse water into but works OK for normal spill over. The pot also leaks a bit, but if you go slow it isn't too bad. The little tea container is cute, and I use it for broken up bits of puer to keep at work. The glaze/construction on the cups is also a little uneven, but they do the job just fine. Overall, decent start set, and you won't be terribly sad if anything breaks or go missing.

After being on Xiaohongshu I got really into traditional Chinese tea ceremonies, this set has everything needed except for the tea itself and a tea pet. I recommend starting with a mild black tea like golden monkey tea and add goji berries (make sure to eat the berries since they are a superfood). I added rock candy to sweeten it and it was delicious! Remember to offer the first steep to your tea pet since it’ll be too strong if you use traditional loose Chinese tea. This was Lots of fun and I’m excited to experiment more with my tea!

If you are a tea lover or want to start getting into tea, this is the set you need to buy!! I love it so much because I can carry it anywhere! I has a nice foam inside to protect all the tea cups and tea pots. You can also store your dry tea leafs inside. I wish I got this earlier because it has changed my morning tea routine as it is so much easier to have this set out and just boil water over the cups and then the tea. It makes great gifts too as a lot of people will be receiving this for Christmas from me.

It’s nice and inexpensive. A big plus to be able to take on vacation and not worry if it breaks.

Great product for the price! With this travel set, I bring tea time with me to the outdoors and on vacations which is exactly what I wanted! I use this set multiple times a week.The quality is not perfect, but I don't mind that since I don't worry as much when I take it to rugged places. The spout of the pot is not great and it can get messy, but even though I drag this set outdoors multiple times a week for months, none of the ceramic items have broken.The styrofoam in the case got dirty for me after a few weeks (a little spill here, a bit of dirt there). It's really hard to clean styrofoam like that so I took it out and started filling it and wrapping things in washcloths for padding and everything was fine again.After getting wet enough times, the wood bent and eventually I accidentally snapped it. However if you are less messy and clumsy than me, it might not happen to you. I just repaired it :)
