I read the reviews about it being delicate, the plastic fittings - so i was extra careful with it after unboxing it but it seemed pretty good. We have it fitted to a vertical banister that holds our sail up and I fold the heater arms down when the sails not up and let them hang. Only negative is the heat output. It’s warm, but not red hot. We have a Gtech which was triple the price and thats scorching.
