great product
I recently purchased the Atsuwell Ankle Ice Pack Wrap and it has been a lifesaver for managing my ankle injuries. As someone who is active and prone to sprains and strains, I've tried a lot of different ice packs and wraps, and this one is by far the best. One of the things I love most about the Atsuwell Ankle Ice Pack Wrap is the adjustable design. It fits snugly around my ankle and can be easily tightened or loosened as needed for a comfortable fit. It's also easy to put on and take off, which is a big plus when I'm in pain and not at my most graceful. The ice pack itself is also top-notch. It's made of a durable, reusable gel that stays cold for a long time and conforms to the shape of my ankle. I've used it multiple times and it's held up well, even after being frozen and thawed repeatedly.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the Atsuwell Ankle Ice Pack Wrap and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to manage ankle injuries. It's a high-quality, effective, and convenient tool that has truly helped me recover faster and stay active.

Just What Was Needed!
I buy stuff on Amazon all the time and this is only the second review I have ever written - this ice pack works just like I hoped it would. After using it for the first time, I knew I had found something special. I fractured my ankle about a month ago and had surgery to fix the break a little more than two weeks ago. My doctor stressed the importance of the PRICE (protect, rest, ice, compression, elevate) protocols for my injury. After trying crushed ice in a ziplock bag, and two other kinds of freezer-type packs that were less than effective, I struggled to find something that was malleable after being in the freezer, soft, comfortable, convenient, reuseable and stayed cold long enough for the recommended 20 minute duration. This ice pack looks a little clunky, but it is very well designed and works great. The minky lining is really comfortable and evenly distributes the chill in a soothing way. It covers my ankle and foot all around and stays put. I use it over the ace bandage wrapping around my foot and ankle and the level of cold is just right. I bought two so that one would always be cold. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs an ice pack for their ankle.

Holds the cold well but is a little too cumbersome
I got this product to help control the itching from eczema breakouts on my feet. I've been on the search for my "holy grail" product that covers all of the areas where I have reactions, stays cold for a long time, and is relatively simple to wear. This one does stay cold for a long time which is a big plus. And I also understand that this product is intended for ankle and foot injuries, whereas I don't need anything for my ankle. In that respect it's too bulky and heavy for me because of all of the (for me) unneeded ice pack going up my leg. On the same token, it doesn't cover the toes and has a gap around the middle side of my foot, both of which are areas I need coverage in. The straps are great to keep it in place but ultimately it's just too bulky and cumbersome for what I need, especially for the price. I'll still keep it on hand as a backup, or if we ever get an actual ankle injury, but other than that I'll keep looking.

Better than ice packs.
I had a work injury that left me with a condition called CRPS. (Body reaction to injury) One of those things where the doctor knows 'what' the problems is, 'what' causes it, but they don't know 'why' some people get it and others don't. Best thing about this purchase is that it comes in pairs. So, when my foot flairs up and becomes painful to carry my body weight, (130lbs), I wear the boot and elevate my foot. After 20 minutes I put it back in the freezer. Wait 30 minutes and use the second one. Works a LOT better than a freezer full of ice packs.I have recommended this product to two other people. One was a severely sprained ankle, the other modified its use for an elbow injury. Both were extremely satisfied.

Full coverage, comfy
It has a soft, comfortable material and is easy to put on. It hugs your ankle and gets good coolness and full coverage. Highly impressed.

Helps With Foot Paint
Used this for plantar fasciitis in both feet. Works well. I would recommend this to anyone with foot/ankle pain. The relief is temporary, but anyone with pain there knows that. Durability hasn't been an issue. Fits my size 9.5 feet fine. Velcro scraps work well but can be annoying because they grab everything. Value was so-so. Feel like this could have been cheaper, but I also don't feel like I overpaid much.

Doesn't fit over top of foot for coverage to cool
These are a bit challenging to strap on yourself, especially around the foot. It only covered half of the top of my feet to cool them. I have circulation and swelling issues from mid-shin down to the tops of my feet. Ankles being the main swollen areas. Once wrapped, I experience great relief for about 30 minutes it seemed (I didn't time it)...maybe an hour. I wish I had someone here to wrap my foot in this thing for a better fit. Definitely worth having in my home to relieve the bad swelling on humid days and I'm happy I found these. The handy ziplock bad keeps them nice n cold in the freezer for storage. I just wish the design covered the tops of my feet completely. The furry side is comfortable, but you can't reverse it to the vinyl side which is colder due to it being designed with a shape for your heel area. Maybe I will try again to force the shape to the opposite side, but it doesn't seem possible. I want colder relief to bring the swelling down.
