What is a butter lipstick!?!

Butter lipstick is just a lipstick with more moisture to it, goes on more smoothly & holds more moisture & softness to it (& on your lips) At least thats what they claim to do.. Most of them are pretty moist & soft I've experienced, as long as your lips aren't dry as can be.. :)

Hunk, aka Thunderstorm, (they changed the names of some of them) is a dark purple, raspberry color. It tends to leave a dark fuchsia stain on the lips as it wears off.

Does this lipstick have a fruity/berry taste or smell like the NYX lip butter balm line?

No it does not have a fruity taste or smell I have never used the butter balm line

What lip liner would match this shade?

I personally haven't used a lip liner with it. I just got this shade today, but any wine or berry lip liner should work. It's a pretty basic berry/wine shade
