Legend Arm Hand Grip Wrist & Forearm Trainer - MEDIUM

Nice piece of equipment. Works better than grippers or other forearm devices I have used. I encourage the man of average size and strength to go with the medium, as this should be used as an exerciser not a test of strength. If really strong or big of size, may consider heavy. I would have given it 5 stars, but the handle on one end started slipping when twisted it back and forth as demonstrated in the video. Overall this will work your grip and forearms very effectively!

This product has potential for use as a rehab device. But for a forearm strengthening device it is a joke. My first impression after using it a few times was that it was like a toy. It was just so easy to bend. I can't imagine the "heavy" variety being much more difficult. For comparison, I can only bend a (40kg) power twister about 6-7 good reps. The power twister ranges from 30 kg to 80 kg. So the one I'm using is at the lower end. I returned the Legend Arm (med), but Amazon deducted 7.65 from the total. If you want something to improve your forearm strength then go with a power twister IMO.

I got this b/c of the low price and the relatively small size means I can keep it at my desk at work. It's a good level for me - the MEDIUM one. For reference, I can do 12+ chins, 60+ pushups. I could do 20 reps of this product out of the box but it was fatiguing. You can adjust the difficulty a little by holding closer to edges or center, but not much. Another inch in length and this product would more versatile, but as it is, it's very portable.

I like this product, it does what it says it does. For first time use it will be a bit tougher but that's what makes it a good product, it gives you challenge. I been using it for few days now and I can tell the difference on my arm strength. I will keep using this product till I am ready to move to a higher level. Also it's easy to store and carry.

I am a judoka and work heavily on my grip and forearm strength which is essential in judo .. This legend grip trainer is great and gives me a excellent workout in both my hands and my forearms .. I currently own the medium and have ordered the heavy to intensity my training and grip strength ..

Good and also portable. This level is a bit weak if you're in shape though so I will eventually get the stronger one later.

I use it while hiking to give arms some exercise. Perfect size. The only problem is that one of the handles keeps sliding off the spring. Have to push it back on once in a while.

OK, but may be too tough to handle for some.
