I bought one of these about 6 months ago and it is already broke but to be fair I ran about 20,000 staples through it. So it does work and I really beat this thing up. It goes through cardboard and index cards with no problem. I don't hold it when I use it so the weight doesn't matter to me. It is relatively quiet but does make some noise. Worst part about it is that you can't really get it apart in order to oil it and if you can I haven't found out how. So my other one broke and I just bought a new one. If there was a place or way to oil it then it would last a lot longer. Works with batteries or you can use the adapter it comes with. The adapter cord doesn't seem to fit well and looks loose but actually does stay in there most of the time. Another thing that is annoying is that it activates with a tab. It's great when you just want a staple but not so good when you want to pinpoint where you want a staple. Would be nice if this had a button to activate it but it is all automatic. It adjusts where you can put a staple but would also be nice if it came out more closer to the end of a page. Or was able to. Overall though I like it. It's way better than using a real stapler. Saved my hands for sure.

This stapler is fast, reasonably quiet, and capable of stapling a number of pages. Its appearance and build is a little less refined than other Amfat products I have purchased, especially their excellent pencil sharpener. The one major flaw I have found with it is a tendency fairly consistently to catch on the staple when I try to remove paper after stapling, so that I can’t remove it, which usually results in triggering the stapler again. About half the time I end up with two or even three staples in the pages by the time I am able to remove them. For this reason I probably would not purchase it again.

This stapler will work both by battery and electric. The stapler can be adjusted to go through different amount of pages and it always does an excellent job. Staples are included with item and these are the standard size staples which are available in most stores and of course Amazon! A great stapler for sure!

I really like this thing except I've broke 2 of them. So maybe 3 is a charm? I got to find out. So I bought another one. It holds regular old staples and it can do a good job through tremendous abuse. But it lasts about a year of excessive use. After that it ends up in stapler heaven. (aka the trash can) The plug is barely holding on when you plug it in and falls out so that's annoying. You can use batteries also. I had 2 blue and now I'm trying the black. For the money it's probably worth it. For just a few staples here and there it will last for years. Use it all day and it will certainly break eventually. Not a piece of junk. But not the best. For the money I keep coming back since it will hold a full sheet of staples. Unlike the others that won't.

The stapler is very good, but the staples come out about 3 inches from the corner on the side of the paper and not at the top. Thank you.
