This is an excellent water flosser with great cleaning ability, sleek design & easy to use .

I am NOW very stisfied with this flosser. I say NOW because of two caneats. I was ready to return the unit because the jet soon stopped spraying and seemed useless. On closer inspection I found the the the opening hole of the jet is so minute that it was easily clogged. Using a small nail scissors i CARFULLY increased the hole just enough to shoot out a good spray and earn the unit an excellent at the "strong" setting.The other caveat is that the water capacity of the tank is not enough for one good cleaning and needs a refill each time. I hope they can increase the capacity by 25%, it would be a great improvement.

The battery powered water pic and flosser is perfect for traveling due to the compact size, but lacks most basic features of a good flosser.Pros:- compact and powerful using lithium battery- rechargeable- easy to disassemble to completely empty water compartment and clean all parts- multiple spray settingsCons:- water compartment is small and requires multiple fills to completely clean all top and bottom of teeth- no button to release the nozzles making it hard to pull out during cleaning and storage, it is held down by friction and springs- no memory so every time it is shut off, it goes back to default spray mode "weak". To use "strong" mode, push power to turn it on, then hold the power down for 2 seconds. To switch to "pulse" mode, must turn on and switch through "strong" mode and then hold down power for another 2 seconds so a total of at least 5 seconds and half of the water would have been used up. Not practical to use other modes other than default weak mode.

There's a couple things I really like about this: the cup/tank is completely clear and completely open at the top -- the wide opening and clear tank means this is super easy to clean and to fill.But this product has a fatal design flaw: the bottom of the tank tapers narrower than the top half where all the electronics sit. That means it's top heavy and highly prone to being knocked over. So it falls often. Which means it it very easily broken.Stops working after a couple months. I ordered one in January, it stopped working in March. I ordered a second one and it's just stopped working in June. Buttons stop working-- it won't turn on when you press the button. And it turns itself on randomly and won't turn off. It's going in the trash and will order a different type that is designed properly with a larger wider base so that it doesn't fall over and break.

Edit/New Review: it has lost pressure these last two months. It used to be so powerful and effective but now it’s basically just a water stream with barely any pressure. I tried cleaning out the tubes with water and charging it and nothing has been helping. I wish I knew of a way to fix this problem. I liked this product while it lasted but it only last maybe 4 months. Disappointing.Old Review: Got this for my gingivitis and have been using it for a couple months now every night. I felt like the stream was getting weak these past couple of weeks so I changed the head on it and it is powerful again. Not sure what that is about but hopefully this new head stays strong.Overall I like it and it seems to do the job as long as the stream doesn’t fizzle out.

After I brushed my teeth, I used this water pick to see if my teeth really clean from brushing. To my surprise stuff still came out from my brushed teeth. I now use it after I brush my teeth everyday. I love it! and so easy to use.

I love the added attachments, really helps ensure all the crevasses get cleaned! This thing has a lot of power for how cheap it was. Do wish it had a little container to put the extra attachments in. 10/10 would buy again

Great alternative to flossing with string floss. Battery lasts a long time. Like the different attachments that came with it.
