I ordered wrong

Had trouble recharging them - I could'nt find chargers .

My HP calculator takes 'N' sized batteries but they put a lot of strain on the battery door leading to eventual door failure. I found an article online suggesting that flat top 2/3 AAA batteries are an ideal replacement as they are slightly shorter. The reviews for these cells suggest that an external charger is hard to find and it is! However, I did find a charger for 'N' batteries on Amazon and decided to give it a go. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09BMTFLWS?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title There are tabs either side of the positive pole of the charger that is intended to align the button at the top of the 'N' batteries but they prevent contact between the flat top of the 2/3 AAA battery and the charging pole. I trimmed these away with a craft knife (see image) and it worked. The 2/3 AAA batteries power my calculator just fine and they are a better fit than the 'N' batteries. Revised from 5 stars as I've ordered 3 times since my initial review and received the wrong item every time. Thankfully, returns are straightforward.

Good product

Didn't work in my solar garden lights.

I was not aware that this battery size existed until I dismantled a "dead" garden solar light. I've now resurrected 5 lights which were on the way to the skip, so a very good deal. These batteries appear to recharge quickly and give several hours of power. Too early to comment on longevity but looks good so far. Recommended.
