Can adjust to any diameter. And makes no dust.
Had to install ceiling lights with an unusual diameter size. Could not access drywall from other side of ceiling so I only was able to start the cut from the Lighting side. It made a perfect starter cut. I then used a utility knife to cut right trough the drywall. Worked perfectly. Of course if you have the opportunity to access both sides of the drywall you're supposed to make a cut on either side and the drywall just pops out.

Great value for the money!
This drywall circle "cutter" is beefy, however it should be called a drywall circle marker. The cutting wheel extends out maybe 1/4", not enough to cut entirely through a 1/2" sheet of drywall. Regardless, It feels heavy and sturdy in my hand and does the job exactly as described. It does "cut" into the drywall, marking enough to follow the line with a hole saw.I recommend this tool highly due to its quality and low price!
