Easy to swallow tablet, great for my bones!
Easy to swallow, great result on my DEXA scan. Taking these plus Vitamin D twice a day, my scans went from signifying Osteoporosis to the much better Osteopenia. My spine and Bone Health doctor was very pleased and I am less afraid of falling and breaking a hip or something. I've recommended my daughter talk to her primary care doctor about taking Calcium supplements to prevent loss of bone density, so she won't have to try to cure it later, which is harder.

Finally ... a calcium pill my mom can swallow!
My 91-year old mom has Alzheimer's and has difficulty swallowing large pills, like multivitamin pills and calcium pills. These smaller-sized pills are easy for my mom to swallow. Thank you for caring for the elderly and their unique needs!

Calcium citrate
Had a difficult time swallowing the pill, and don’t normally have pill swallowing issues. This pill is rectangle shaped with semi round edges, and little chunky like ; which makes swallowing kind of hard. It would nice if the pill was slimmer and oval . Can’t comment on quality because haven’t been taking long enough.
