Worth reading but I wish the author would have summarised the remedies. So, what we need to avoid food wise listed after being discussed and teas and supplements also. He talks about when and how to take certain supplements but then there is another header and you’re bombarded with teas, powders, etc and no suggestions on if to try and take everything daily, weekly or by rotation. Because there are lot of suggestions and it’s too much to take daily. It’s still good information just a little rushed.

This book is presented in a way that is simple to follow and understand. It lays the foundation of Understanding then applies practical ways to apply the knowledge you gained to your lifestyle. I appreciate how this book highlights herbs and supplements without overwhelming you with a long list. The author also explains how each herbal/ supplement support will target a specific hormone imbalance. This is a simple quick read that I would recommend to any woman battling with fibroids in getting started with healing your body naturally.

Appreciate the research that went into the writing of this book. Straightforward and easy to understand. Simple and understandable explanations.
