This product is awesome!! It works, and gives your nails an unbelievable hard-coat-super-shine!! Not sure the science of how this works... but it is witchcraft!!! I love it!! Works fantastic on natural nails, and acrylic nails. The shine NEVER fades or leaves, and doesn't really scratch. You don't have to re-do the filing process ever! I get my acrylic nails done professionally by my friend. I bring this bad jackson, instead of a doing a gel top coat. This is WAY better than a gel top coat. I gave an overall 5-stars, but I do have a couple of gripes... 1. It seems pretty flimsy... so I am really unsure how long the file will last. 2. It is $$PRICEY$$ for this tiny, flimsy thing!!! I mean way to expensive!!! If the file lasts and lasts... then it would be worth the price. I will just have to see how long it lasts!! UPDATE- JUNE 30 2020: I will stick with my original statement that it works, and makes your nails WAY shiny!!!! However, as you can see from my pics the shining side is completely flaking and falling apart. Keep in mind, it's flaking after literally 3 uses. Wow!!! I love how good it works, but would NOT purchase again!!! It's literally worthless now, because the shining side of the block is completely peeled off. It's way to expensive as well. No, just no!! UPDATE- JULY 2 2020: I contacted the company personally from their website (not through Amazon, since my return window had closed), and told them about how the buffing block was falling apart. I also sent in the pictures. They immediately offered me two options. 1. Get a full refund (even though the return window on Amazon had closed), and keep the original buffing block I paid for OR 2. Have a new buffing block sent to me free of charge, and still keep the original buffing block I paid for. I chose another buffing block. The customer service was awesome!! I bought this on 5/4/20 and could return it back through Amazon up until 6/3/20. Even being past the return date, they STILL helped me!! I appreciate that, and definitely will change my mind and order from them again.

Wow, I didn't even have to add top coat to make my nails shine. They felt stronger and looked glossy.

Works very well. Left my natural nails smooth and shiny. Have not yet used replacement pads but there were a couple included.

Amazing results . I have tried everything from supplements to nail strengthening polish. My nails are thin and always chip and peel. This product has actually strengthen my nails and gives them a polish look. I never expected such a great result so quickly

I have buffed my nails my whole life. I never wear polish so I've owned a lot of buffers, nail creams, etc. This small 4 sided item is similar to a product Revlon sold for years but discontinued. It is better than that product because there are three steps, which include smoothing the whole nail bed. If you use just A COUPLE OF STROKES on each of the three sides, you will get the results desired. I read all the complaint reviews and my guess is these people are using the last part (the white strip) too much. Only a couple of strokes of the pad is needed. My only complaint is that the shine doesn't last as long as it should. In two days, the shine definitely diminishes. For the price of a jar of buffing cream (which lasts forever) and a $7 chamois buffer, you get the same results. HOWEVER, this process takes 1/4 the time. It's so fast and easy you can't believe your nails are done. I recommend this for people who don't have the time and /or patience to use the old-fashioned cream and buffer. This works well and gets you neat, shiny nails. Reusing the shine side probably twice a week might be required to keep the shine, but I'm suspicious (based on other reviews) that the shine strip will wear out too quickly. Then the kit becomes too expensive. I plan to use it for at least a month to see if it corrects some serious ridges I have in a couple of nails. I'll also use it when I'm in a hurry. But I found myself "refreshing" the shine with my chamois buffer after two days. Worth the money if you're interested in unpolished nails and new to buffing them. And IMO it's not overpriced.

Gave this to my daughter as a gift. She told me later after using it that she loved it and felt her nails were healthier after one use. She loved how they shined and mentioned not using nail polish anymore. She also liked that it was so simple and compact to use compared with many of other products she had bought and used in the past. She is very picky about things so i felt i had chosen well. My nails are stunning with this thing. So shiny. I’m never wearing nail polish again because bare nails after this buff looks so elegant and pretty. I think it looks better than clear nail polishes too. I’m busy and life without having to deal with chips and repainting them every few days feels incredible. I apply a nail oil after and some aquaphor on my cuticles and it’s perfection

Great product giving a chemical free shine and smooth polish finish. My nails have become stronger with no flaking after only 2 applications. Highly recommend for nail recovery if you like to have gels every now and again.
