Cheap material. Excellent customer service
The media could not be loaded. When I first got my kangoo last year I was thrilled to go for a run. Everywhere I go people looked at me curious/amazed. They are really comfortable for long distances. I once did 9 miles and didn’t feel anything on my knees. Today I went for a run and they BROKE mid-run. I almost injured myself because I was going fast!!!A week ago I had to replace the screw that goes under the shoes. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. They sent me the replacement screws and I was able to fix them.They are super comfortable but with cheap materials. Don’t expect to last long if you plan on using them more than once a week( that’s how often I have BNE using them for the past year
