It's a long steel cable. Quality materials. Easily cuttable with the right tool, but gives the appearance of security.

Heavy duty
This is a great thickness and gives me the assurance it will deter thieves. It has the plastic coating to keep from rusting and the length should wrap around a tree or other support. I saw others that were very thin so beware of those but this one is the thickness that most are looking for. You do have to buy your own lock and that is what I wanted to use a key lock on it. Great size and structure quality.

Nice but has small loops.
Solidly built cable, light to carry and easy to use with no exposed metal to rust that I noticed. A good length such that it's easy to make into a wreath and stick in a basket to carry with you, however! Be warned, the loops at the ends are quite small, and won't work on my wrapped chain-style lock, only on a small u-lock style.

Could not break it - Good quality
Just bought it. I decided id try to break it rather than someone else. I was not able to get it to come apart, used tools too. I feel it would deter a thief from trying just based on how long it could take.
