I used to install wiring in my car for led lights and some other accessories. Easy to use and makes your home made wiring look really neat. Easy to cut. I just used scissors and a flame to melt the end to stop it from fraying. This makes the end a bit tight and stops it from expanding. I wonder if a hot knife would be better but who has one. All in all a great product well worth buying to protect your cables and keep things neat. I bought 3 sizes and the job looks professional.

I used it to clean up the rats' nest of wires behind my desk, and it makes everything look so much more professional and organized. The 1/4 inch size is perfect for grouping a few cables together, and the braid has just enough stretch to pull over connectors without being a total pain to work with. Thought it would be similar to other products with "split" in middle to fit cards into. This has no split and supposed to thread USB ends through. This stretches the cable protector and makes it hard or impossible to use for cables and wires with bigger ends.
