Mug & Tea Warmer - 2 Temp. Settings, Portable, Beverage Warmer for Office & Desk

The media could not be loaded. I can't believe how long I went without a smart cup warmer (and it's such a value too). It has been so nice to know that my coffee and tea are always hot. I love that it plugs in with a regular plug. I don't have to worry about making sure it is charged. It doesn't take up much room and is so easy to use. It has a tap-to-turn-it-on option that is nice. I don't have to hunt around for a switch every time use it.It has two different settings, one is a nice hot and the other is hotter lol (so no worries about any drink being cold at all). I like the hotter option for my mug of soup. I no longer dread having lunch at my desk. A hot cup of tea or coffee and a hot cup of soup really does help my day run smoother.

I bought this Mug Warmer for my boss, who absolutely loves coffee, and it’s going to be perfect for his desk! He’s always sipping on hot drinks throughout the day, and this warmer keeps his coffee at just the right temperature without getting it too hot.I tried it out before gifting it, and I was really impressed—it works amazingly! It has two temperature settings, so he can adjust it to his liking. This little cup warmer will definitely make his workday more enjoyable, and I’m so glad I picked it out as a gift!

This warmer will keep your beverage hotter than if left on the table. BUT, all of these warmers suffer from the design of coffee cups. Every cup has a large “dimple” on its bottom, surrounded by a ridge. So it’s through that ridge that the heat is transferred, and it’s not very efficient. You get constant lukewarm coffee for a long time. I have an unofficial, unapproved solution!! I found a dollar-sized commerative coin and placed on the warmer. Voila! The coffe stays much hotter. BUT do not touch the coin! Very hot.

This is much thinner/slimmer and much more attractive than the other top seller on Amazon that I bought first. It looks beautiful on my desk. Definitely heats up just as much as my prior coffee warmer. I like that it doesn't have dumb features I don't need, like the last one I had that had a sensor and would turn off and on every time I took my cup off to take a sip. As a result, it broke in less than six months. This one has only one button. Push once for hot; push again for less hot; push again to turn off. Beautiful. On top of that, Garmee's customer service is excellent. The first one I got arrived with a tiny chip or crack. I messaged them to ask if it was still safe to use. They responded right away and immediately offered to send me a new one, which showed up less than two days later. For now, I'm very impressed all around with this product and the company. The only suggestion I'd have to improve it is to slightly increase the height of the "feet" between the bottom of the warmer and the desk. I only say this because I have a walnut desk, and the warmer definitely heats up a lot (which is good, for the purpose I need it for!) and heats up the desk a fair amount. So far it hasn't damaged the wood, but just in case, I stuck a coaster under it, and it's fine now. I will say though that the prior warmer I had did the exact same thing, so this is still probably the best option on the market right now.

The picture shows a cup on the warmer and I truly thought it came with a cup. How do I know that my cups won’t crack from direct? This is a very, very misleading ad.

It's slim and looks good on my desk. The dual temperature settings is nice and is easily toggleable between high, low, and off (capacitive touch button). Keeps liquid hot, and even heats it up if you give enough time and don't have a full cup. It does get a bit hot on the bottom of the device, but only a problem if you have a sensitive surface you are setting it on...can use a large cork coaster if you are concerned.The only downside is that it doesn't always start heating up when turned on...if I hear it making noises I know it won't get hot and fix it by banging it on its side a couple times against the desk (while still turned on) and then it starts heating, lol. Without fail, it has worked every time after banging the side against the desk.

The media could not be loaded. This works but does best with a completely flat bottom. Ceramic mug that I have works but not as well as something that has a completely flat bottom. Adjustment for two temperature settings. Doesn't slide on the desk but it has a nice smooth top

I really loved this coffee warmer, it did a great job keeping my coffee warm in a cold room. I liked the look and it seemed well built. The touch control was nice and responsive. Unfortunately, after about 2 months it stopped heating. The light on the touch control still worked (red for high, blue for low), but there was no heat whatsoever coming out of the unit. I tried unplugging, and tried moving it to another outlet, but it is definitely dead. I bought this one to replace another brand that had stopped working after about 6 weeks. It seems that many of these units are built cheaply and were not made to last.Update: right after I posted my review, I was contacted by Garmee. They immediately shipped me a new cup warmer, and it arrived in just a couple days. Excellent customer service, and I love this cup warmer.
