I purchased the red, white and blue lights. I have two sets hanging on the inside of my windows, upstairs and down. They allow just enough light and cast a beautiful ambience inside and out. I haven't put them outside. The remote control worked just fine. LOVE!

I bought them to put along the eaves of my house. I was worried they wouldn't be very visible from the street since the bulbs are so small. They look great! The solid modes (color - 70/30 - 30/70 - white) are really nice. The colors are even more vibrant than they appear in the photos.The flashing modes are terrible though. I couldn't imagine having them flash while on my house... maybe some other intended use could be better. I wish the animations were slower too. They're still too fast for my tastes.I've even created an ESP8266 IR blaster to give me wifi control of the lights (the remote uses a basic set of NEC IR codes). I love it!

I have been buying battery operated for years and have been waiting for outdoor solar ones! They are the right amount of brightness. I have Only complaint Is they tangle So Easily. Don’t know how long they will last but so far I Am very happy with them. Now to confirm best place to use for the most sun in the winter!
