Just finishing my first bottle. I initially noticed a huge uptick in mood/sleep/energy. It’s evened out now and I can’t really tell the difference as much when I skip a day like I can when I skip my Ashwaganda. 😅 I have had some eye twitches and oversensitivity to caffeine — though it’s unclear whether it’s connected to the saffron supplement, I’m going to try an organic kind with a 39 mg dosage next.

I have to admit I was surprised by the results I got from this product. I bought it mainly as a sort of experiment and didn't expect much. I have to admit I tend to lose my temper at technology, or when, for example, I do something stupid like hit my head. The idea of throwing a monitor is not alien to me, especially after phone or computer updates that change everything. People don't bother me much, but little things like that do. I had read that saffron might help keep one a bit calmer. A bit is an understatement. The result was almost noticeable after the first dose. Things that would have set me off before, just seem to roll off of me now. It's not that I'm not bothered, but I remain calm enough to deal with them with out threatening to "kill the person who designed this damn thing." It may not help everyone in this way. I can't say. And saffron has been known to cause allergic reactions in some people, but I would say if you have some anger issues, you might give this a try.
