I love this product. Great for warming up before any hand/finger/grip intensive activty. Also use it as a general fidget tool when im bored. I like to use the firmest (black) one, though it may be too strong for some.

The theraputty has been great in helping me regain the strength in my right hand after reattachment surgery from an SL tear. I'm an auto technician so my hand strength is key to performing my job. The black was just the perfect hardness.

I am pleased with this product , but it is pretty tough. Much harder to work than the Blue, but that is what it is supposed to do.

Putty at 2 oz. was the right size for my small hands. X-firm was a disappointment: my fingers are not super-strong but I found it too easy to maneuver. If you are looking for a real test for your strength, look elsewhere.
