Farmer Brown's Barnyard: A Bestselling Board Book Gift Set (A Click Clack Book)

My daughter loves to read but is VERY hard on her books. This set is absolutely great - wonderful farm animal stories in sturdy board book form with cute storage. She asks to read them everyday and they are holding up to her wear-n-tear.

This review is not for the books themselves (each of which I would absolutely rate five stars), but rather for this specific version, which includes three TINY board books in a cardboard barn storage box. I did not fully appreciate just now small these books are, even though it is (doh) stated in the description. As others have stated, the case itself is nothing special - neither a good way to actually store the books, nor large or sturdy enough to serve as a long-term pretend play set. These smaller books are actually OK from a functional perspective - fit well in small hands, and (unlike some smaller versions of books) actually represent of the pictures and text fairly well. However, all three of these are such great books that I recommend that you get the larger 6x6 size board book version of all three books. If your kid is anything like mine, you'll read them so many times that you'll find yourself wishing you had the larger versions.

The stories are adorable. And I love cardboard books. The little barn is adorable.

This is wonderful. It is my 3 yo grandaughter's favorite book (giggle, giggle, quack). She had it in paperback and tore it up. I love the board books. The other books in the set are very cute also.

This product came as just the box... No books at all! I am beyond upset about this. Am I the only person under the impression that it would include more than just a cute looking box and actually come with the board books advertised?

My 18-month-old grandson loves the Cronin-Lewin books about Farmer Brown but they were ready for the trash bin due to constant use. These board book versions are perfect and so sturdy for little hands, Comes in a nice little barn for bookshelf display or storage.

Would be perfect save two pages of one book were printed/constructed upside-down.

Superb book collection. Great fun, enjoyable stories.

I bought this for my nephew in time for his bday Saturday. It arrived scuffed. The barn is falling apart as the sellotape has come lose! Don't waste your money
