I use this in black and white developing chemicals. It does the job. Comes well package exactly as described.

It was solid like a rock at room temperature of 72!
I live in California, I got this few days ago, my home is always heated, temp doesn't go below 72. The Triethanolamine was solid in the container, it is supposed to be viscous. I couldn't use it, even after I put the container in warm water bath for over an hour, it didn't become liquid. It was impossible to pour it out of the container, I am not sure what the issues is but I am returning it.
